Susan Marie Groppi is a high school history teacher and a World Fantasy Award winning science fiction editor. She also holds a doctorate in the history of science. Susan lives in Brooklyn, tends a not-quite-thriving army of houseplants, and spends too much time talking about books and cooking.
8th & 14th–it’s the end of the line for the L, and I think the A-C-E lines go through there as well. (The L is just about all I know about the subway, alas. I am acclimating only slowly.)

Where are they?
I love those little guys. Every time I go to Manhattan I fail to get a good picture of them.
They’re in the 8th Avenue subway station. The place is full of them, and they’re all awesome.
What line? I guess I never took the train that far west.
